At TOM BIHN, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new, unused bag isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of pet hair.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our crew inspects the return at our Seattle factory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
